Please declare your Travel declaration in the school Learning Management System (LMS) - MConline for

Vesak Day 24 May - 26 May      &   June Holiday 1 June - 31 June

   If you are not travelling, please submit "I will not be travelling..."

We need 100% returns. 

STEPS

1. Log into your child MConline Portal (http://www.lead.com.sg/LEAD/Login/lms_login.aspx)
2. Log in using your child's BC
3. School code : ptps
4. Password: mconline
5. Select "School Admin",
6. Select "Travel Planner: My Travel Plans"
7. Add a new Travel Plans
8. Key in details of travel.

• Select travelling or not travelling to another country.
• Select the dates of travelling

Vesak Day 24 May - 26 May

June Holiday 1 June - 31 June

• Key in 
• Country travelling to.
• State travelling to.
• Mode of transportation.
• Emergency contact number
• Name of parent
• Contact number.

 Can add more travel plans.

• "Submit" travel plan.
• Log out after submission.
